Admissions Guidelines

St. Catherine’s Military Academy is a Catholic school with a military tradition for boys in grades kindergarten to eighth grade. Boys who would benefit from small class sizes and hands-on teaching are welcome to apply.  As a day/resident academy, we provide 5 and 7 day boarding for boys in grades 4-8. For additional information regarding our residency program, please click here.

During the admissions process, each applicant will be evaluated on character, academic performance, willingness to work to his potential, and ability to work cooperatively with others.

Parent Information Gatherings

Throughout the year, we host several Parent Information Gatherings for interested parents. These gatherings include a video presentation, a tour of our campus, and the opportunity to meet our school administration and admissions team.  Feel free to bring your son!

Shadow Visits for Prospective Students

A “shadow” visit is a great way for you and your son to decide if St. Catherine’s in the right school for your family.  Your son will follow a student in his own grade so that the can experience a day in the life of a St. Catherine’s cadet.  As an additional benefit, a shadow day helps future cadets become familiar with his teacher and classmates, easing his transition to a new school.  Contact the Admissions Office to schedule a shadow visit for your son.
